Asus Premium Care (APC) Service Policy:
By reading the following you will get the return policy of Asus.Asus Premium Care (APC) can be purchased when you are purchasing your Asus product, be it from the store or the e-shop. This service provides you with a warranty extension program that is not applicable globally but only in the country where you had purchased the product. For availing of this facility later, you must have the following: –
i. the proof of purchase of the product
ii. The proof of purchasing the APC Service Policy
You can buy only one warranty exchange program for only one product.
APC return care return policy
Once you have the APC Policy purchased, you can return your product in any of the ways mentioned below:
Your product purchased from the ASUS Store:
If you bought your APC and ASUS unit from the same store, then your APC will confirm your easy Return at the store within 14 days from the date of purchasing the product. The product must be undamaged, and any defect of the motherboard or hardware inside will only be entertained. Any defect in the exterior caused after the product purchase will not lead to Return, but it will be repaired as a part of the APC policy.
APC and ASUS products are purchased differently:
If you had bought your ASUS product and APC separately, a 14-day policy would be granted to the APC. It must be ensured that the scratch-off security seal has not been tampered with. If the security seal is scratched off and a Warranty Extension program has been activated, there will be no return or refund of the product.
What cannot be returned?
You can always return your ASUS product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. But, the following products cannot be:

If your return application is filed after 30 days of purchasing the product, it will not be entertained. In addition, if the product you return is non-defective or any of the accessories are found missing, ASUS will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Return fee
ASUS will charge you a return fee on all products you return unless you return the following-
DefectiveDead on ArrivalDamaged due to the carrier’s faultMissing accessories
If ASUS delivers you a product different from the one you ordered, ASUS will take care of the shipping costs.
How to return the ASUS product?
ASUS does not offer in-store returns, so you will always have to mail your item to the warehouse. To initiate this process, you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) by following the steps below:
